GPS::Tron

Take a look (and maybe even contribute) at a project of some of my colleagues at uni. It is called GPS::Tron and is an adaption of the well known computer game Tron in a sort of augmented reality context.

GPS::Tron is a Java J2ME Application which uses a cellphone’s GPS transceiver to locate the device. Read more about how it works and what it is on their homepage.

    this is interesting, but what if the player just stays still?
    in the computer version, he is forced to move…
    but in the real life version?

  • I’m sorry but you have to direct this question to the folks at the site directly. Or download the sourcecode and look at it yourself ;)
